PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. – If you’re looking for an old-fashioned holiday experience that promises fun for the whole family, Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas is open now.

Dolly Parton returns to Pigeon Forge for the opening of her Dollywood theme park’s 37th season.

Like Dollywood's Splash Country, Soaky Mountain is an outdoor water park and therefore is not open year-round. The Sevierville water park will remain open daily through August.

Dolly Parton was in Pigeon Forge on Friday, March 10 to open the gates on the new season of Dollywood and Splash Country.
