An autopsy report has revealed that Dan Rivera, a veteran ghost hunter who toured with an infamous doll that was said to be possessed, died of natural causes. Rivera died unexpectedly at 54 on July 13,

Francis Dutrow, the Adams County coroner, confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that Rivera passed from natural causes. But the coroner also clarified whether the haunted doll was also present in the room at the time of his death, considering Rivera was seen handling the doll just days before.

Per the coroner's report, the Annabelle doll was not in the room when Rivera died. A cause of death has been determined for Dan Rivera, the paranormal investigator who died suddenly while touring the country with the famously "haunted" Annabelle doll.
