Tapping this icon activates the voice search feature. Grant Microphone Permissions: Similar to the desktop version, you will need to grant the app permission to access your device's microphone.

Look for the microphone icon at the middle-bottom of the Bing app or within the Bing website on the Microsoft Edge app. Tap on this icon to initiate voice search [2].

Alternatively, open the Search menu by tapping the magnifying glass icon and then select the Voice (microphone) button in the search field.
